A young woman with long dark hair lies on her stomach on grass, propping her head up with her left hand and her right arm extended on the ground. She is outdoors in a park with many trees, looking thoughtful and dreaming, wearing a black shirt and white sneakers.

The Challenge:

Modern Young Women Are Left In Girlhood Without A Guide To Maturity.

Women don’t know their own anatomy or how their body works

Without a clear framework, women often struggle to align their actions with what best serves their bodies. Leading to abuse and misuse and abandonment, with possible disastrous effects on their future.

Women are sold OF as some kind of empowerment instead of learning actual self worth

Four women stand in a green field with tall grass, facing away from the camera, making heart shapes with their hands against a blue sky with clouds.

Women don’t understand how the female brain works

We have a chronic lack of understanding in the differences between male and female brains biologically, what is instinctual & normal for them to experience emotionally & how to communicate effectively.

Media literacy and social media safety is at an all time low

Women are sharing their private lives with strangers online or even school friends daily without any concept of how this behavior can and will drastically impact their future.

Many women are being led astray in the modern world. The push for OF & hook-up culture being sold as empowering and as the way to gain love is destroying young women.

Young Women Who Feel Empowered and Informed.

The Goal:

  • Help students to become educated and empowered around their own bodies, media consumption and interaction, sexual health and help to enable a healthy understanding of intimacy and relationships.

  • Help parents to create and maintain honest and open communication to assist in navigating the changing relationship with their teenager.

  • Foster a community support network of females of all age ages, and provide pathways to deeper and more connective communication that supports through times of transition.

  • We aim to safely support young women through the confusing, sometimes challenging areas they face as they transition into womanhood.

  • Create a safer school environment of more accepting, educated and empowered young women.

  • We teach young women to make smarter, safer and better informed decisions when it comes to creating healthy relationships, with their bodies and within intimacy.

  • Years of collective knowledge and wisdom from evidence based research and an approach of a feminine-centred framework.

  • A supportive resource and extension for the current sex-education program.

Who We Work WIth

  • Teenage Girls and up

This program is designed for young woman moving into womanhood through menarche. We encourage all teens to have a female representative present. Either a mother, older sister, aunt, godmother, grandmother etc. Someone she can talk to and go though the process with.

  • Parents and caregivers

Sometimes parents need support in how to best communicate with their children or prefer to get and as much knowledge as possible and teach their own children. We like to cater for every family dynamic.
